First Gate Infra was established in September 2023. Active project execution began in October 2024 with a clear vision to deliver trustworthy and value-driven real estate developments.
We successfully launched 3 projects:
Model Town (Diggi–Malpura Road),
Shree Shyam Sarovar (Khatushyamji),
and Mayur Vihar (Panwaliya).
Approximately 250 plots were sold. A major achievement
was selling nearly 50 plots within just two days at
Shree Shyam Sarovar.
All three launched projects have been successfully completed.
Our journey continues with upcoming developments such as
Aadinath Nagar (Dudu, Ajmer Road) and
Shree Shyam Sarovar – Phase 2.
Our biggest milestone remains 100% customer satisfaction
and repeat investments from existing clients.
Model Town (2024) was our first residential plotting project, located on the main Diggi–Malpura Highway (Harsuliya). The project consisted of approximately 110 plots, all of which were successfully sold, reflecting strong market trust and customer confidence.
